An early-stage capability showcase
The website presents ongoing development, research demonstrations and potential applications. Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest. It does not create a purchase, guarantee access, reserve capacity or establish a delivery date.
Any pilot or commercial work requires a separate agreement covering the scope, supported tools, outputs, validation, responsibilities and charges. The website itself does not establish a service-level commitment or a general performance guarantee.
Statements about our ambition, future capabilities, supported applications or roadmap describe plans that may change or may not be realised. A demonstration of a particular workflow does not mean that the same capability is available for every system, simulator, dataset or operating environment.
No warranties about website materials or demonstrated capabilities
The website, demonstrations, downloadable materials and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LinkedOtter LLC disclaims all express, implied and statutory warranties concerning them, including merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In particular, we do not warrant or guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, currency, fidelity or reliability of any model, simulation, dataset, prediction, visualisation or other output.
- Any particular processing speed, scale, cost saving, compute availability, compatibility, integration or other technical or commercial result.
- That training or testing with the displayed materials will improve a model, transfer to real-world conditions, establish safety or satisfy a regulatory requirement.
- That the website or materials will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components.
These exclusions apply only where lawful. They do not override an express obligation in a separate written agreement, rights under an applicable third-party licence, or the mandatory rights described below.
Understand what each demonstration shows
Films, figures and replays may show recorded results. Interactive scenes may illustrate a concept or let you explore previously computed data; changing a control does not necessarily run a new physics simulation. The explanation accompanying each demonstration identifies its intended scope.
Results depend on assumptions, inputs, model choices and validation limits. A simulated result does not by itself establish real-world performance, suitability for your system or regulatory approval. Have qualified specialists independently assess any proposed use.
Do not rely on this website or its demonstration outputs to make clinical, emergency, safety-critical or other operational decisions that could harm people, property or the environment.
Use the website responsibly
You may browse the site and use the demonstrations as intended, subject to applicable law and any licence accompanying a material. Do not interfere with its operation, evade access or rate controls, submit malicious code, or try to obtain another person's information. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.
Content and third-party rights
Website branding, explanatory material and original content remain subject to the rights of their owners. Simulation software, research artifacts, datasets and other third-party material retain their existing rights and any accompanying licence terms. Availability of a download does not grant rights beyond those terms.
Do not present the demonstrations as an endorsement by a solver author, research institution or infrastructure provider. External links are provided for context; their operators are responsible for their own content and terms.
Your enquiry
Send only information you are authorised to share. The enquiry form is not a confidential document-transfer service and does not create a non-disclosure agreement. Use a high-level description and arrange suitable terms before sharing confidential work, regulated data or personal information about others.
Our Privacy notice explains how we handle enquiries. Please keep the contact details you provide accurate.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LinkedOtter LLC and its directors, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or data, arising from use of or inability to use this website or its demonstration materials, even if advised that such losses could occur.
Subject to the mandatory protections below, this includes losses from treating a demonstration as validated operational advice, relying on third-party content, or using materials outside their stated assumptions and limits.
Rights and responsibilities that remain protected
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limitation is prohibited.
Nothing here waives mandatory consumer, privacy, data-protection or other statutory rights, or removes obligations that the law places on us. If your law does not allow a particular exclusion or limitation, that provision applies only to the extent permitted. The remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.
Accessibility and questions about content
If you have difficulty accessing a page, using a control or reading a demonstration, contact privacy@linkedotter.com with the page address and the assistance or format you need. You can also use that address to report an error or raise a concern about material on the site.
Updates and contact
We may update these website terms as the site develops. The date above identifies this version. Material changes to a separately agreed service remain subject to that agreement.
